Abstract: TPS (TerrSysmp Pre/Post-Processing System) was developed to generate the input data for the hydrological component of TerrSysMP. The system makes use of mainly CISL NCL, Fortran and Grass tools . The pre-processing system handles remote sensing products from various platforms to generate land use, plant phenology, soil texture, D4 slopes and soil indicators necessary for the community land model (CLM) and the 3D groundwater model ParFlow. The post-processing system is able to handle Grib, netcdf and ParFlow Binary Files to process the outputs from the three components of the TerrSysMP. The system also additionally contains dummy oasis coupling tools for the users to interact with the coupling interface used in TerrSysMP.

Abstract: The file is an XML Graph file, which can be used to process Sentinel-1 satellite images in the Sentinel Application Platform (SNAP). Using this file enables batch processing of Sentinel-1 (IW, GRDH) images. The preprocessing is optimized for land use classification.
